
About Us
The objectives of the Kelham Island and Neepsend Neighbourhood Forum (KINNF) are:

to promote or improve the social, economic and environmental well-being of the Kelham Island and Neepsend Neighbourhood Area;

to prepare, implement, and monitor a Neighbourhood Plan for the KINNF Neighbourhood Area;
-
to encourage the goodwill and involvement of the wider community in the preparation, production and implementation of a Neighbourhood Plan;
-
to engage as fully as possible with all community groups within the KINNF area.

Our Area
The Kelham Island and Neepsend Neighbourhood Area is roughly defined as being between the area between Penistone Road (inner city ring road) and the train line and along the River Don and Neepsend Lane to include the Gardeners Rest, Cutlery Works and Church.

Our Steering Group Officers
Kelham Island and Neepsend Neighbourhood Forum is administered by a Steering Group of up to 12 members, elected annually at the Annual General Meeting.

Anyone who lives or works in the Kelham Island and Neepsend area is invited to become a member and to get involved in creating our Neighbourhood Plan. The membership of KINNF is a growing group of diverse individuals, representing people from all parts of our area.
